Aust Corp Executive are Australia's leading specialist sales & marketing recruiter and have established a strong reputation among blue chip clients across multiple industries over the last 14 years. Due to increased workload and the market picking up we are now seeking to recruit several team members for our sales and marketing divisions.
Reporting to the Divisional Manager the objective of the role is to generate revenue through proactively building and maintaining a portfolio of client and candidate relationships within the building and construction industries throughout Australia. Through close liaison you will develop an in depth knowledge of your client base in order to identify needs and provide tailored end to end solutions.
In this hands, challenging position you will be responsible for:
- Building long term relationships to develop repeat business
- Proactively introducing top candidates to prospective clients
- Candidate sourcing via advertising, networking and search
- Candidate screening face to face, over the phone either local or travelling
- Candidate care feedback, consultation and interview advice
- Reference, psychometric and background checking short list applicants
- Meeting clients on and off site to further develop your industry knowledge and to develop stronger client relationships.
To be successful in this role you must have a:
- Track record of success within a sales and people focused environment
- Bright and articulate personality with the hunger, drive and attitude to make it happen
- Demonstrated achievements in work and life
- A passion or interest in the construction and building markets.
