The opportunity
With the market picking up, and with continued client demand, we are looking for a relatively experienced sales and marketing recruiter to join their FMCG team. Working with others, you will be responsible for managing sub $100k based roles within an existing client base. The role will still involve business development of target clients as well as further penetration of some existing client accounts. You will have the opportunity to work with a great team of consultants, many of whom have been provided with solid career paths.
The experience you will need
The role will see you focus on placing low to mid level sales and marketing professionals into the FMCG space. A background of 3 years experience in recruiting sales and marketing professionals, locally is required, as is a working right for Australia. Any exposure to retained recruitment would be an advantage.
