The Austcorp Group has been established for over 14 years and currently operates 3 main business streams. Due to strategic expansion they have achieved strong growth within the Industrial arena and have established a strong platform for further growth. Keen to capitalise on this they are looking to recruit a Senior Consultant to operate within our largest and most sucessful Division - Industrial

Reporting into the Divisional Manager for Industrial you will be responsible for proactively developing new business opportunities and maximising existing revenue streams. To a degree the role will be defined around the skill set and experience of the consultant.

You will have / be:

• A sustained history of success and achievement within the recruitment sector
• Enjoy new business development and penetrating new markets both vertical and geographical
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• Excellent understanding of, and ability to influence the various phases in a recruitment life cycle
• Logical, intelligent, hard working, determined and driven.

Base salary will be negotiated dependant upon the skill set and experience of the candidate. Austcorp operates one of the best commission structures in the industry.
