Our client
Our client was established recently by a group of well known IT recruiters who wanted to provide a quality, boutique recruitment service to their clients.  Now, growing through a down market, and having put in place an excellent foundation, one of the owners is needing an experienced IT resourcer to work with them to help with client delivery.
  
The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced recruiter who enjoys working as part of a close knit team with a single account manager - this account manager is like no other!  Their capacity for work, vitality and passion means you in turn need to have high energy and drive.  You will work contract and permanent roles, end to end and in time be client facing.  You need to understand technical and non technical IT roles, and be prepared to put the hours in as the work flows through the door.
  
Who you will be
You will be an experienced IT resourcer, with local experience, looking for autonomy and responsibility without holding a sales target.  You must know the complete recruitment cycle, from taking a brief to post contractor support.  Being a competent resourcer in traditional and non traditional tools is key.  Your account manager gives 150% and you will need to do that too.  You will be able to work under pressure, be able to manage "up" and won't mind a close environment to your neighbours.
