Gemteq IT is a leading supplier to major corporate's and blue-chip organisations across Australia & the APAC region. Strong financial backing & expansion plans have led to an increase our need for both headcount and revenue across all our vertical teams. 

Approaching 9 years in business and continued expansion we now seek to strengthen the IT team by recruiting an additional two junior consultants for January 2010. Full industry training and on-going support will be provided, not to mention a great team of experienced recruiters willing to help, so we are looking for people with the following level of experience ...

EITHER ..

2 years plus sales experience (could be sales rep, telesales, bde, account manager level)
OR
1 year plus experience working as a recruiter (any vertical)


You must also possess:
~ A desire to succeed at a career in recruitment
~ Be prepared to work hard and be rewarded accordingly
~ Good communciation skills both written & verbal
~ Willingness to 'get the job done'
~ Keen to learn and apply new skills!
~ Team player attitude.


You will be provided with an excellent training ground for a successful career in recruitment, competitive base salary and a very lucrative commission structure (one of the best in the industry) based on your own (not your teams results). First year you will earn between $100K - $130K depending on your results, and you can expect to double your earnings second year.
