    As a result of the recent upturn in the global financial markets, we are sourcing an Resourcer/IT Recruiter to help our specialist financial services technology group. The business is currently undergoing significant growth on the back of the recent resurgence in the global financial markets. As a result, we are looking for a hungry, highly motivated Resourcer / Consultant to join the team and support Senior Consultants in delivery in to large financial services IT PSL clients.

    Required Skills & Experience   

    • 1-3 + years IT recruitment experience, including time spent working on major account PSLs
    • Experience working with financial services organizations, sourcing technology staff. Any prior experience working with investment banks, fund managers or similar financial services firm will be highly regarded
    • A proven track record sourcing and identifying candidates as a Resourcer/Researcher or Recruitment Consultant Consultants are expected to provide documented evidence of a successful track record as a Resourcer
    • The desire, hunger and an interest in recruitment research. We are looking for a candidate with top class resourcing skills. There will be no business development or account management in this role
    • Prior experience working with the Adapt system or similar recruitment databases is highly desirable.

    It is envisaged the suitable candidate will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the drive, desire and motivation to succeed in working with some of Australias most demanding corporate clients. Candidates MUST display consistency within a proven track record of achievement with the IT recruitment industry job hoppers will not be considered.
