Bluefin Resources are one of Australia's leading specialist recruitment firms within the banking and financial services sector.  Strategically positioned to expand our operations we are seeking consultants to join a number of our specialist divisions.  There are opportunities across our PSA client base, developing new clients or a mixture of the two.  We have a solid brand in the market and outstanding candidate networks within all of our specialist divisions.  We offer a team focused, supportive environment that results in a great culture and market leading staff retention.

We are looking for recruitment consultants with at least 2 years end-to-end recruitment experience and a track record of over-achieving targets.  You'll be bright and have a willingness to learn and adapt to new markets. You will flourish in a team based environment that focuses on long-term consultative relationships with clients and candidates.  Whilst industry experience or recruitment experience in banking and financial services is beneficial it's not essential.
