Requirements for the Role:
- Excellent communication skills (On the phone, face to face and across all levels of management)
- Minimum 2 years previous recruitment experience
- Quick learner - ability to pick up new technology and concepts fast and efficiently
- Solid MS Office skills and at least 40 wpm typing skills
- Motivated, mature and keen to learn
- Excellent team player and social skills
Responsibilities/Tasks:
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Maintain a positive working environment
- Contribute to the overall sucess of the team
- Advertise positions and attract suitable candidates
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Provide follow up service to candidates and clients following placement
- Prepare correspondenceand emails to clients and candidates in a timely manner
- Maintain recruitment database
