The organisation Our client has been established in Australia for over 10 years and now has offices nationally. With what has been phenomenal growth they have recently moved into new offices in Sydney - with a vision to be the largest privately owned IT recruitment business in Australia. The opportunity They are seeking experienced recruitment consultants who are willing to work an industry aligned client base, picking up some existing clients and warm leads and further building their business. You must have worked the local market however you do not need to be a local. You need to show long tenure and consistent success through the recent downturn. Most roles will be contract however you can do permanent roles as well for your clients. What you must have You must have IT recruitment experience, and preferably be familiar with temp or contract placement. You may be recruiting into FMCG, Retail or Financial Services and want to move to a more consultative, and professional environment. You will value customer service and quality recruitment delivery and be interested in working within client industries. Your base salary of $65k and remuneration package is highly competitive as are the other benefits offered. This client pays commission on every dollar so your earning potential is uncapped.
