The Austcorp Group has been established for over 14 years and currently operates 3 main business streams. Due to strategic expansion they have achieved strong growth within the sustainability and climate change arena and have established a strong platform for further growth. Keen to capitalise on this they are looking to recruit a Senior Consultant to operate within Energy, Climate Change and Sustainability.

Reporting into the Divisional Manager for Energy, Climate Change and Sustainability you will be responsible for proactively developing new business opportunities and maximising existing revenue streams throughout Asia with a focus on Carbon & Renewable clients (of which we have existing contact with).

To a degree the role will be defined around the skill set and experience of the consultant.

You will have / be:

• A sustained history of success and achievement within the recruitment sector - ideally Carbon & Renewables but not essential
• Enjoy new business development and penetrating new markets both vertical and geographical
• Strong analytical, admin and organisational skills
• Excellent understanding of, and ability to influence the various phases in a recruitment life cycle
• Logical, intelligent, hard working, determined and driven.
• Relevant language skills would be an advantage but not essential (Mandarin & Japanese)

Working within the Climate Change & Sustainability division you will have the opportunity to grow this sub division and, in the fullness of time, recruit your own team.

Base salary will be negotiated dependant upon the skill set and experience of the candidate. Austcorp operates one of the best commission structures in the industry.
