The Sydney office is currently seeking experienced engineering ????? ????? with experience in verticals such as Building Services, Civil Engineering, Cad/Design Disciplines, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical & Mining, Production Engineering, Rail & Water engineering. You may have recently entered the engineering/construction recruitment vertical or be a seasoned professional looking for a new challenge in a exciting, fast paced & successful business. You must enjoy managing the recruitment cycle from end-to-end.
As a key member of the Gemteq Engineering ????? ?????, this role will be responsible for targeting strategic initiatives related to recruitment and talent acquisition. ACCOUNTABILITIES:
~ Leading the experienced hire recruitment process for a variety of positions, perm &/or contract;
~ Maintain current networks and develops new contacts in local, national and the global marketplace to develop new sources for talent acquisition;
~ Ensure all aspects of the recruitment and selection process are adhered to including; cost effective sourcing and screening methods, interviewing, background checks and offers;
~ Develop new job specifications and postings as required;
~ Achieving monthly targets, over 6 month ramp up period
YOUR SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
~ Have a proactive & determined focus to be successful
~ A strong negotiator & able to work autonomously
~ Able to adapt, be open to new ways of doing things & be an open communicator
~ Have a down-to-earth, team player attitude
~ Proven experience within the engineering ????? ????? OR come from a sales/engineer background and be looking for a new career role (full training provided if required)
