Senior HR Advisor

 

  • 10 month maternity leave contract

  • Working with the HR Manager in this National firm this role has a focus on NSW and is a complete generalist role and would suit candidates with a broad level of experience.

    Responsibilities:
    Management of Graduate, trainee and vacationer recruitment campaigns
    Day to day management of recruitment campaigns
    Direction of HR Administrator  regarding co-ordination, planning and preparation of campaigns
    Assist in co-ordination of performance and salary review process
    Metrics and Reporting (headcount / resourcing etc)
    Performance Management and Career Development
    Training and Development (needs analysis, soft-skills training etc)
    Policy and Process Development and Review
    EEOW reporting

    Candidates should have:
    5 years experience in HR including experience working in a Senior HR Advisor position"
    Ideally have worked in a mid-tier Professional Services firm or similar sized organisation
    Diploma or Degree in Business or Human Resources
    Candidates must have experience across all areas of HR
    Advanced administrative and organisation skills
    Relationship building and negotiation skills
    Conflict resolution
    Ability to multi-task, working calmly and effectively under pressure
    Time management and project management skills
