As part of a large reorganisation in this rapidly changing and exciting environment, there is currently an opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join a really creative and high profile part of the business. Your key relationships will be with the General Managers and Directors of the business unit and their direct reports, covering ????? ????? of HR generalist activity including performance management and talent management. You will be an excellent relationship builder and have fantastic stakeholder management skills, having gained at least 5 years’ experience to date, some of which will have been in a similar role.
As the company continues its change strategy, the HR function is being reorganised, which has created this exciting role and enabling true proximity to the business. Your style will be collaborative and whilst a lot of day-to-day responsibility will be devolved to the line managers and centralised services team, you must be prepared to roll your sleeves up when necessary. You will get the opportunity to be creative and have exposure to project-work at times, so you should be able to demonstrate similar experiences in previous roles. Finally, you should be ambitious and keen to establish your HR career in this complex and exciting organisation.
