In-house Resourcer/Recruitment Coordinator - $60K + Super – North Sydney
This top tier Global IT company is looking for an experienced in-house resource/Coordinator for a new in-house recruitment function.
This permanent role provides an excellent opportunity to join one of the worlds leading software groups - with a national presence and Asia Pacific focus. Reporting to the Head of Recruitment - Asia Pacific, you will be pivotal to the recruitment process.
Coordinating all areas of the recruitment process, this role will be responsible for ensuring ????? ????? an optimal recruitment experience with the organisation. High standards of candidate care through quick response times, contact and close management of the process are a focus of this role.
As a Resourcer/Recruitment Coordinator for this organisation, you will maintain the employee referral program and develop excellent networks to attract top tier candidates to the organisation. You will be required to work closely with Asia Pacific affiliates and manage additional project work. Your manager will mentor and develop your resourcing skills with a view to future development in the role.
The right candidate will have at least two years experience gained in an in-house recruitment function, as a recruitment coordinator or resourcer. A preference will be given to candidates with tertiary qualifications. Resourcing experience within IT will be a bonus, but not essential.
