Advisor Trainer & Coach

Are you a successful trainer with experience in Financial Planning?

Our client is a high profile organisation that offers a broad range of financial services and products. An excellent opportunity exists within a training and development unit to provide leading training, development and support to new and experienced financial advisors.

As an Advisor Trainer & Coach, you will deliver training and mentoring ????? ????? planners through facilitation of soft skills and technical training, the design and development of on-line and face to face courses for individuals and groups. You will have the capacity to identify the needs of individuals and cater training programs to the planners.

The ideal candidate will be RG146 compliant and have proven learning and development skills. Preference will be given to candidates with training qualifications.

Financial Planning Industry experience either as a planner or previous training experience is essential for this role.
