Part Time Head of Talent & Learning
Leading Australian financial services institution with an enviable reputation
9-10 month contract, great $$$
Effect cultural & leadership change on a strategic level
Due to an internal secondment, a leading financial services institution has defined the requirement for a part time Head of Talent & Learning to work with them on a 9-10 month contract basis.
Working three days per week and reporting to the GM, your duties will include the following:
- Taking accountability for the Talent Management, Diversity & Learning portfolios
- Leading the development & implementation of strategic initiatives to help the business attract, select, retain & develop talent
- Manage the development & implementation of recruitment strategy, driving improvements to recruitment & management practices
- Lead, direct, evaluate & develop two direct reports to ensure that People strategy is implemented effectively, consistently & according to established guidelines.
Your priorities will be leadership transformation, cultural change transformation, integrated talent management (strategy AND process, e.g. performance reviews). Lots of diagnostics have taken place; the focus is now on supporting the strategy.
To be considered for this exciting and rewarding position you must be able to demonstrate solid generalist HR experience, married with a proven track record in driving leadership strategy and development; the implementation of diversity strategy; driving integrated talent management, learning practices and cultural change initiatives.
