Based in the CBD, our client is a dynamic telecommunications company, building a state of the art, best in class contact centre to deliver outstanding customer service to their clients.
They are going through the process of in-sourcing, from using external vendors and this is a challenging and essential role, where you will be able to see the results of your actions.
They are seeking an HR Generalist, responsible for the overall deployment of their HR for the Contact Centre of approx 40 staff in a 24x7 environment.
The role will include:

Delivery of a range of generalist HR functions to cover the employee lifecycle, focussing on engagement, training and coaching

Consulting and Coaching and Performance Management

Culture and Recognition

Special ad-hoc projects
To be successful in this role, you must:
-
Have at least 6 years of HR operational experience, 2 years in a Senior Consultant and 3 years in ER, recruitment and L&D

Be able to demonstrate sound generalist knowledge, remuneration management experience, employee legislation knowledge & culture enhancement

Have outstanding communications skills, with the ability to present effectively and build relationships at all levels
-
Have excellent operational/ implementation skills, with a proactive and flexible approach
-
Recent experi3ence in a technology based environment is also highly desirable
