The Opportunity

As part of a commitment to promoting a positive safety culture, this unique opportunity will focus on driving change and reinvigorating proactive safety management within this closely regulated industry. 

The Role 

Your primary focus will be to establish a framework for managing OHS and promoting a consistent safety message and program across all sites. You will provide advice and mentorship to all business units and management to ensure ownership of safety at an operational level.  

To be successful you must bring: 

• Sound technical OHS knowledge and experience that will ensure credibility and business engagement 
• Demonstrated experience in working with regional OHS coordinators to embed effective OHS management systems that meet the business needs 
• Proven experience in a hands on role with the ability to hit the ground running  
• Strong analytical and interpretive skills 
• Practical application of safety initiatives to promote positive cultural change 

 This role will involve some interstate travel.
