OH&S Advisor - Bondi Junction NSW
CIRCA $70K - $80K package
Fitness First, Australia's leading health club operator with over 90 clubs nationally, currently has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and versatile OH&S Advisor to join our Human Resources team at Support Office located at Bondi Junction, NSW.
As Occupational Health & Safety Advisor, you will be responsible for the design, implementation and coordination of safety systems and processes within Fitness First.
Your main duties will include:
- Developing procedures to support the current policies in place.
- Implementation of a risk management process.
- Ensuring ????? ????? First consultation model is working and assisting committees as required.
- Reviewing major incidents and recommending appropriate action.
- Conducting audits to ensure compliance.
- Supporting and advising management on all OHS matters.
- Develop and facilitate OH&S training at all level across the business.
Desirable requirements include:
- Tertiary qualifications in OH&S and understanding of Australian Legislation.
- Previous experience in working in a multi-site organization.
- Minimum 3-5 years OH&S experience.
- Experience in developing procedures/systems, coordination and training.
- Business acumen.
- Strong relationship skills.
