The Role 

Reporting to the Manager, OSH this newly created leadership role will provide you with the opportunity to drive strategy and engage key stakeholders to develop sustainable relationships, and become a centre of excellence to support senior management and regional managers across Western Australia.    

 Essential to your success you will provide 

• Leadership initiative and the ability to influence and coach at all levels   
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to develop sustainable relationships with key stakeholders 
• Superior experience in developing a robust inspection regime and strategies
• Extensive professional experience in a large multi disciplined environment 
• Relevant tertiary qualifications and substantial experience at a senior level
