This is a unique opportunity to join a highly successful Financial Services Firm with international presence. This position will enable the successful candidate to Fast Track their career to Group HR Responsibility.
The role will hold responsibility for the development of the HR process and function within the Australian Business, and will fast track the candidate to a Group responsibility for ANZ.
Strong IR and ER skills are essential, along with solid understanding of state and federal legislation and regulation. Ability to develop and implement HR strategy. Closely business partner, and provide advise to key stake holders. Relevant tertiary qualifications, in HR or Similar.
Your ability to work across borders, and have strong Mandarin or Cantonese language ability will contribute to your success in this role.
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
