Role
Reporting to the Executive GM of Human Resources your key responsibility will be to lead, manage and develop the workers compensation team. This will include all the technical, managerial and communication aspects of the role.
Person
Ideally you will have a strong technical background from a self-insurance business. Excellent communication, negotiation and management skills are essential. Some broad financial ability would be ideal.
