We currently have an opportunity for a senior Change Manager.  You will need to demonstrate previous experience driving successful change implementations within a complex environment as well as:
 
  • Experience in managing a change management budget
  • The capability to analyse change management issues, impact and challenges.
  • A working knowledge of change management frameworks and activities.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Proven experience within Financial Services.
  • An excellent track record in managing stakeholders.
  • Good report writing skills.
     


    You will be degree qualified in business, HR, psychology, communications or a related field.  You will have the opportunity to be part of a great team responsible for supporting a range of change initiatives.
