 The Rockpool Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Reservations Administrator to join our friendly and experienced Reservations Team.  We are looking for a confident candidate who has previous experience in a similar role and who has a strong background in Restaurant Operations. In this position, you will be responsible for answering ????? ????? calls and taking reservations and enquiries for Rockpool Bar & Grill Sydney and Spice Temple.  This role is within a fast paced environment and all candidates must have the ability to juggle numerous tasks at the same time.

You must have:

• a minimum of 2 years experience in restaurants, 1 year experience in reservations
• a thorough understanding of restaurants and the hospitality industry
• the ability to use your initiative  and passion for the industry
• a positive attitude and great phone manner
• willingness to work as part of a tight-knit, strong and  professional team
• previous administration and computer experience necessary (RESPAK preferred)
