Our client, who is part of one of the largest wholesalers in North America, is now looking to recruit a Groups and Incentives Consultant for their busy, dynamic team within In-bound.
We are seeking a highly motivated experienced travel professional to work with their Groups and Incentives department.
The successful candidate will work with a worldwide customer base on creative and innovative incentive programs, group series tours, adhoc and special Interest groups.
Responsibilities
- Actioning quotes and re quotes as requested
- Booking all components of new reservations and amendments
- Preparing ????? ?????
- Invoicing all groups and incentive files
- Travel with tour leader during ????? ?????
- Attending product updates and training sessions
Requirements
- Previous experience within booking group travel
- Strong sales skills along with excellent customer service
- A confident and creative personality
- Excellent destination knowledge on both Australia and New Zealan
