We are currently seeking to offer a passionate candidate with determination in providing quality service to join our Front Office Department! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous exposure to the Night Auditor position and would like to build their career under a supportive and encouraging environment.

 

This position offers great job varieties where not one day will be the same! Reporting to the Front Office Night Manager you will be working in a committed and dynamic team ensuring ????? ????? and efficient operation of the Hotel’s Front Desk.  The night audit shifts commence at 11.00pm and finish at 7.30am.
 

 

Primary duties performed in this position:

 

• To accurately process and maintain night audit reports
• Ensure that optimum service is offered to all internal and external guests
• Handle guest check-in and check-outs
• Handel guest requests with efficiency and care
• Perform shift posting, balancing and banking procedures
• Prepare Express check-out for guests departing the next day
• Perform credit checks and report any discrepancies
• Answer switchboard and assist guests with telephone enquiries
• Book early morning calls and check group wake up calls
• Prepare room service orders after hours

The successful candidate must meet the following criteria: 

• A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar Front Office environment or role is required 
• Willing to be committed to a 7-day rotating roster
• Possess exceptional customer service skills
• Fidelio experience is preferred
• Related hospitality tertiary qualifications is desirable
