Sous Chef / Chef de Partie
Located in the heart of Sydney's CBD, at its most prestigious address (1 Martin Place) and within Sydney's premier historical building, the GPO (previously the General Post Office, built in 1865).
We are looking for dynamic experienced Sous Chef / Chef de Partie to join one of Sydney’s leading CBD Spanish Tapas Bar and Restaurant.
To be successful in these roles you will have had
- experienced in fine dining restaurant preferable
- An ability to work under pressure
- A reliable and flexible attitude
- A commitment to team and service
- Passionate in food
