Pendolino Restaurant in the Strand Arcade in the C.B.D. is seeking 2 senior chefs to join the kitchen.
Senior Chef de partie with a background in hatted or fine dining Italian cuisine to take control of a section in our busy kitchen. Potential to move up to a Junior sous chef role in 3 months.
Also looking for a Pastry chef de partie to take control of our extensive and busy pastry section. All pastries and most breads are made on the premises.
