Business Development / Sales - Medical Devices / Implants / Intervention

Synonymous throughout the industry for innovation, technical design, ongoing training and career development, their products and successful delivery on prestigious projects stand out above the competition.  Due to recent projects won and expansion throughout some of their divisions, a significant recruitment drive has commenced, requiring ????? ????? professionals looking to join one of the Blue Chips.

    Reporting to a State Manager, you will be delivering ????? ????? approach to the sales process, identifying new business opportunities as well maintaining the relationships within your territory.  Creating a solution and servicing surgeons nursing units and hospital staff and in-theatre will be your calling card, so dont be afraid to get you hands dirty. 

    Given the technical nature, previous experience in the following modalities would be a distinct advantage however not essential: 

    • Endoscopic surgery / Endotherapy / ENT 
    • Urology / Gynaecology 
    • General surgery / Surgical instruments 
    • Cardiology / Vascular 
    • Orthopaedics  
    • Imaging systems / Diagnostics / Monitoring 
    • Minimal Intervention 
    • Respiratory 
    • Pain Management / IV Delivery 

    The successful candidate will have proven sales background in the hospital arena, a technical aptitude, strong negotiation skills, a high level of customer service, and versatility.  We look for proactive and outgoing personalities who think outside the box on a regular basis.  You will be a problem solver, adapting to the environment and creating a solution that ensures maximum efficiency throughout the application. Self starters that enjoy a fun, dynamic, team orientated environment will be highly regarded, along with their ability to work autonomously.

    Remuneration will be commensurate with the individuals experience and will include a generous base salary ($70-85k) superannuation, car allowance of $19k, tools and lucrative commission schemes (realistic OTE of $(??) ???? ????k). Further benefits are also available which will be discussed on interview.
