Our client is currently looking for a Clinical Data Programmer. In this permanent role you will be responsible for setting up, implementing and maintaining data management activities. You will also provide database support in the SQL Server for the clinical study teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop, program and maintain clinical trial databases and data entry screens
- Write javascripts for specific functions within data entry forms
- Troubleshoot software problems and identify issues within the database
- Provide database support for the clinical staff with regards to data correction, error checking and queries
- Assist in developing new data management programming procedures and processes
- Maintain an up to date working knowledge of ICH/GCP, ISO guidelines and local regulatory requirements
The profile:
To be successful in this role you will have at least a Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Science or Statistics. You have a thorough knowledge in all areas of database setup for clinical studies and experience with SQL. Through your previous work experience you are familiar with standard data validation procedures.
In addition, you have an excellent attention to detail, an ability to work independently, strong problem solving skills and the skill to build internal and external relationships.
