Our client is a Creative Agency specialising in the Healthcare Industry and due to recent growth they have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join their team located at Waterloo.

The ideal candidate is a professional who is eager to learn about new technologies, detail-oriented, and thrives on working directly with businesses to help them become more efficient and effective in the areas of Marketing, Sales and Customer service. This role offers the opportunity for the successful candidate to be influential and critical to the success of high profile projects.

Role Responsibilities:

• Complete end to end business rules to reflect the business requirements
• Liaise with clients to understand project requirements & specifications
• Outline & consult on solutions to client's CRM business goals
• Document the business process model & solution designs
• Lead client workshops
• Write technical specifications (from which a developer can deliver the technical solution)
• Write report specifications

Essential Skills:

• Microsoft CRM experience
  Understanding of SRS (SQL Reporting Services) & Web Service architecture
• Experience with testing, writing test cases and supervising UAT
• Experience with production support & issue resolution
• Experience with training, ability to train end-users & write training documentation
• Good presentations skills, ability and willingness to take part in pre-sales support and RFP processes
• Ability to travel
