Enjoying sustained success in the marketplace with an enviable pipeline of products, this high profile organization is now seeking to employ a highly motivated District Sales Manager for NSW & QLD.

Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, the focus of this position will be to lead and develop a team of high performing Hospital Specialist representatives in order to meet and exceed sales targets. Key accountabilities include; in field coaching around sales skills, territory management and enhancing clinical expertise.

To be successful in this role, you will be degree qualified (in life science or [bio] medical sciences) and/or have a postgraduate qualification in a relevant sales/marketing/business management/ nursing or medical discipline. Strong financial planning skills and extensive experience in both sales management and marketing within the healthcare industry will be essential.

The successful candidate will have the ability to establish relationships and develop networks, have highly developed communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills; as well as analytical, planning and organisational capabilities.

Candidates will need to be able to demonstrate effective time management, creative problem solving skills and high attention to detail.
