    Our client currently has a great opportunity for an injury management/occupational rehabilitation professional to progress their career. The Client is seeking an OT/EP/RN who is looking to take on a mentoring ????? ????? ideally wants to move into a team leader role in the near future. You will need a minimum of one year’s occupational rehabilitation experience in addition to a highly professional demeanour.

    Your responsibilities will include:
     
    • You will be required to carry a caseload of 20-25 and provide injury management and prevention services with the goal of return to work.
    • Although based in modern CBD offices you will be out on the road conducting different types of assessments such as initial needs, ADLs, workplace, functional, provide workplace related activity programs, attend case conferences, liaise with insurers, employers, nominated treating doctors and other health professionals.
    • Part of your day will be report-writing and following up on appointments, doctors' signatures, and negotiating suitable return to work outcomes.
     
    Upon completion of probation, your duties will include:
     
    • Staff training, support and supervision.
    • Referral allocation, file reviews and audits, checking reports for junior consultants.
    • Assisting with other management duties.
    • Reduced case load – one-off assessments and Workers Comp case management.
