Always moving with the times with a focus on creativity and a cutting edge approach our client is once again expanding their sales team.

    They seek the services of an experienced Sales Manager (Regional experience an advantage, State and National are welcome to apply) to develop a substantial team into driven and focused sales division within the company. You will be primarily responsible for setting sales targets, leading the sales and marketing team, acheiving budget objectives, managing key accounts and strategically positioning the company.

    Criteria for this important role include:
    - Tertiary qualification(s)

    - Three to five years sales management experience within a medical device or Hospital pharmaceutical discipline
    - A proven track record in sales within a multinational company
    - The capacity and personality to lead from the front to show the way
    - Solid planning and negotiation skills, impeccable presentation and superior business acumen
    - A Manager who develops agreed outcomes through the astute management of the team
    - A Manager who provides clear direction and keeps the focus on the needs of the business

    The successful candidate will be have additional interstate responsibility. Our client offers an extremely attractive remuneration system which includes a market vale car allowance and a generous bonus structure.
