This highly prestigious client is a well respected and highly innovative medical company that develops, manufactures and supplies highly advanced and specialised devices and equipment to the World. Their process innovates and delivers on complex procedures, setting a platform for new technology into various modalities enabling ground breaking improvements for minimal invasive and reconstructive procedures. To support their continuing growth they now seek the services of a born leader to drive an extremely high caliber and successful sales team to new heights.
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will take full responsibility of building, driving and maintaining sales activities (including sales growth and profit targets) across allocated territories of the portfolio. This will involve establishing and developing cohesive relationships with Key Surgeons, Nursing units and relevant hospital staff. Your primary objective will be to provide leadership on the front line, empowering ????? ????? a highly successful, talented, knowledgeable and motivated sales force. The role will also encompass strategic direction and support for systematic product launches and business improvements to the sales process. Required Skills and Experience
- Tertiary qualification. MBA ideal, but not essential
- Minimum of 4 years management experience in either Medical Devices, Equipment and/or Pharmaceuticals
- Significant sales results as a manager and as a rep
- Extreme levels of drive, energy, courage, engagement, tenacity, presence and professionalism
- Highly refined leadership qualities and business acumen
- An ability to work well under pressure in the operating theatre to ensure positive outcomes
- Strong planning, problem solving, selling and negotiating skills
