Make your mark as the Business Manager for the NSW hospital channel by combining your accomplished Territory Management skills in the medical devices and hospital consumables market with your commercial acumen and strong commitment to leadership.

 
Reporting to the NSW State Sales Manager and liaising with the National Business Manager, Hospital, you be required to manage and develop commercial activities within Public & Private Hospitals.
You will be responsible for:

• 
  Budgets, reporting and meeting sales targets.
• 
  In-field implementation of marketing and channel strategies.
• 
  Leading and supporting channel-aligned sales professionals
• 
  Managing new and existing Public & Private Hospital accounts.
• 
  Managing the hospital tender process

To be considered for this position you must be able to demonstrate:

• A successful sales background in the medical devices industry.
• 
  Experience coaching, motivating and mentoring ????? ????? team.
• 
  Relevant nursing and/or business qualifications

You are a results-driven and solution-oriented with strong business acumen and demonstrable analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills are essential.
