A large Equities Broker is looking for a Senior Corporate Actions Analyst to join their growing institutional function, to support the Manager and provide support to the junior members of the team. Central to the CBD, this large broker also offers the scale to provide broad opportunities in term of sales and development. Duties include: - Monitor and execute Corporate Actions activity
- Manage all internal queries of a CA nature
- Provide assistance to the Scrip area
- Provide assistance to settlements function
- Reconciliations of cash and assets
- Monitor failed trades
- Production of management reporting
- Management of Stock Loans
Requirements include: - Minimum of 3 years corporate actions experience
- Exposure to Scrip operations beneficial
- Knowledge of Chess
- Attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
- Strong organizational skills
- Impeccable communications both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure
