- 9 month contract commencing immediately
- Experience of equities/margin lending or financial markets is essential
Key Responsibilities:
Scope, plan and document the change management implementation plan (incorporating a training, stakeholder and communications section)
Determine the overall approach for addressing the change management challenges and achieving the required outcomes
Undertake the required analysis to identify the change management issues, impact, implications, action plan and objectives against the banks change management model
Manage the change management implementation plan
Undertake regular status reports to the project manager, proactively raising issues/risks of concern
Compile and manage a change management budget, change management schedule of activities and change management resources required for the project
Execute tasks in the change management schedule of activities.
Assist in 'handing over' the change to the business to embed as "business as usual"
Evaluate the effectiveness of the planned change management approach and associated activities
To add value to this role it is imperative that you possess:
Extensive experience in scoping and managing the change management aspects of a large scale financial services project.
Experience in managing Change support personnel, including Comms and L&D.
Experience in analysing and managing stakeholders
Experience in scoping and managing internal and external communications
Experience in Equities/margin lending or financial markets is essential
