My client is one of Australia's leading Banks and are currently looking to find an experienced Mobile Lender to join their successful sales team.
If you are a strong mortgage sales professional with a successful track record in face to face sales this is the ideal opportunity for you to align yourself with a true market leader and reap the rewards of working in a high performing division.
As a mobile lender you will manage the home loan process from lead generation to settlement, whilst adhering to the companies risk and operational guidelines. You will be rewarded for your referrals to other parts of the business.
This position will allow you to concentrate on what you do best - business development. If you can settle 3 loans a week or 12 loans a month then you will be not only rewarded financially but also be provided with an assistant to help with the settlement and back office processes.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have the ability to build and maintain a network of customers and referral partners
- Have a superior knowledge of mortgage products and structuring home loans to suit
- Be a results oriented professional who strives to meet and exceed sales targets
- Be self motivated and possess the ability to work autonomously
- Already generating in excess of $35M per annum
In return for your skills and experience our client is offering an attractive base salary, company car and a lucrative commission structure. A structured training program inclusive of one-on-one training with the area manager will also be provided to ensure your success.
