A Premier Global Investment Bank is looking for a senior Structured Legal Drafter for their exotic Equities business.
Duties include: - Drafting & reviewing structured Equity products ISDA confirmations supporting the Asian Ex Japan.
- Negotiating with the Business, Marketers and Legal on the language, provision and clauses within the confirmations
- Preparation and negotiation of Master Confirmation Agreements for Asia region
- Dealing with operations & middle office for trade amendments
- Development & mentoring of the team around the more exotic confirmations, policy and definitions
Requirements include: - Broad knowledge of Structured Equity confirmation drafting
- Tertiary or professional legal qualifications desirable
- Strong organizational skills
- Impeccable communications both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously
