A prolific European Investment Bank is looking for analysts for their Industry M&A teams to join their growing Sydney business which is benefitting from their global reputation as a trusted advisor to Corporations, Financial Institutions & Governments alike. Duties include: - Work within deal team producing innovative and highly tailored financial solutions for clients
- Production of financial modelling and ad-hoc financial commentary
- Managing the client relationship throughout the transaction
- Project management of due diligence, legal, risk management, sales and internal stakeholders
Requirements include: - Experience of Corporate Advisory, Investment Banking M&A, or leveraged Finance
- Exemplary academics
- Professional Qualifications (ACA, CFA) desirable
- Knowledge of transaction / deal cycle
- Strong organizational skills
- Impeccable communications both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously
