Our client is seeking an Operations Support Manager to join their team. This role is an excellent opportunity to work in leading financial services organisation where you will be rewarded with excellent career prospects, training and be apart of a growing and successful team.

Your role will involve:
 

• Work hand in hand with the Operations Manager to improve the service side of the business. This will involve looking at the efficiencies and service strategies.
• You will liaise with all key stakeholders and be the first point of contact for any operational related matters
• You will participate in implementation of pilots, provide reports and assist in business analysis

 
Ideal candidates should have:
 

• Experience working in a client services, mortgage operations or project management within mortgage operations
• Superior customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and attention to detail
• High level of accuracy and effective team management skills
• Team player and flexibility, in particular during ????? ?????
• Proactive attitude and ability to think outside the square
