Our Client is currently seeking a Manager with a minimum of 7 years Corporate Actions experience in Custody or Fund Management.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in delivering great results, be committed to performing the function fully and producing excellent results.
 
Also required is a superior technical knowledge across both Domestic & International Corporate Events from both Custody & Accounting perspectives and an understanding of how to research and then process corporate actions instructions correctly on behalf of clients.

The Manager should possess superior numeracy and analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.  They should have the ability to complete accurate daily and monthly reconciliations and/or ad hoc query investigation & resolution across all Corporate Actions issues.
 
The role involves extensive dealings both with Internal & External parties. The role requires a good understanding of risk and compliance requirements including the use of control checklists and a commitment to education around key risk policies.   Awareness of how and when to escalate issues - and the ability to foster a questioning, improvement and escalation culture is important.
