Blue Ribbon Fund Manager Client
An International Custodian with a large footprint in the Australian Market is looking for a manager for a large fund accounting team that supports a blue ribbon Fund Manager. Duties include: - Management of a number of fully qualified and part qualified accountants
- Delivery of Trust Distributions, financial statements and statutory & tax returns
- Stakeholder management of internal functions including unit pricing, operations and performance
- Management of service level agreements
- Ad hoc projects and continual improvement of the function and broader business
- Management of operational risk
- Provision of development and review of employees
- Using commercial acumen to develop cross selling opportunities
Requirements include: - Direct experience to either funds management or custodial industry
- Accounting qualification desirable
- Proven track record of management & leadership skills
- Detailed knowledge of Australian Tax and Distributions
- Knowledge of Unit Pricing
- Display a proven track record of management and leadership
- Strong knowledge of Operational Risk
- Strong organizational skills
- Impeccable communications both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously
