One of Australia's leading banking institutions is seeking Change Management professional with a Big 4 Professional background and understanding of Compliance, Advisory & Business Process Change. This contract will be a minimum of 6 months and will require an individual that is comfortable with working with challenging stakeholders across the business. Knowledge and Experience: • 3 years experience in scoping and managing the change management aspects of a large scale project. • Proven Involvement in Projects in the Financial Services industry • Experience in managing Change Consultants/Change Support personnel • Experience in analysing and managing stakeholders • Experience in scoping and managing internal and external communications • Tertiary degree or equivalent Must have Big 4 Professional Consulting Experience! This is a high profile program with a leading organisation offering $1000 day for 6 months with potential of extension.
