Leading financial services organisation is seeking a hands Project Manager with experience working in Advice or Private Banking (advisors or Financial Planning) to lead a large stream to increase customer facing time for Bankers, Advisers and Dealers by improving productivity through the delivery of CRM and business management tools.
Project Aim:
- Consistency in the use of tools for advisers, bankers, licensees and support services (e.g., training, practice management, etc) will improve efficiencies, compliance and provide scalability benefits
- Increase customer facing time for Bankers, Advisers and Dealers by improving productivity through the delivery of CRM and business management tools.
- CRM capability provides client and portfolio management, further improving client relations, retention and share of wallet opportunities.
- Automating account opening and transactions through integration of nominated product and servicing platforms; further driving platform businesses.
- Reduction of risk and improvement of compliance by embedding process control standards that increase the quality of advice and application processes (e.g., the ease of audits) and strengthen controls.
Must have requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience
- Five years in project management, primarily in financial services, using SELC, Aglie, etc. structured approach
- Experience in supervising business analysts/project officers, developers, architects and solutions designers, including multiple project streams
- Experience in vendor selection and management
- Must have experience in working in a large, complex organisation
- Broad understanding of business practices in the financial services industry
