My client has restructured the entire collections and credit solution teams across Australia. They are about to centralise the different specialisation roles within collections and credit solutions which is the reason for the vacancy.

This is an opportunity to utilise your strong collections, recoveries and mortgage knowledge experience in a company that is known for its rewarding culture. Although the collections team as whole is quite large your team is small and highly specialised and experienced. You will benefit from working with some of the most experienced and best in the industry in this specialised and niche role.

 

It is ESSENTIAL you have experience in the following area

• secured lending / home loan collections experience
• dealing with back end processing- 90+ accounts
• knowledge of legal terminology
• understanding of LMI
• Relationship and negotiation experience
• ability to manage the end to end collections process
• experience initiating and managing legal action
