Successful candidates are career minded with a work hard/play hard attitude to achieving success. A 'self employed' mentality has seen current advisers build a strong business within two years. You will need to be a self starter, highly motivated and confident in dealing across all asset classes with a focus on high net worth clients.
The ideal candidate will have gained valuable retail experience, progressed to a top tier boutique firm and is now looking for an opportunity to build on their excellent sales track record. The successful candidate will be ADFP qualified, possess excellent business development skills, strong relationship skills and the willingness to succeed in the current environment.
