This role is best suited to advisers with a minimum of 2-3 years experience - you will be assisted in the establishment of your own client portfolio and revenue streams within a segmented niche market of your choosing.
Successful candidates are career minded with a work hard/play hard attitude to achieving success. A 'self employed' mentality has seen current advisers build a strong business within two years. You will need to be a self starter, highly motivated and confident in dealing across all asset classes with a focus on high net worth clients.
Remuneration for these opportunities will reflect your dedication and success. The package will consists of a generous base commensurate with experience as well as substantial performance and revenue based bonuses.
Successful candidates will need the following:
- Excellent personal presentation
- High motivation for success
- Entrepreneurial, dynamic business acumen
- Ability to work within and contribute to a dynamic team of advisers and support staff
- Aptitude for identifying and capitalising on cross selling opportunities
- Ability to communicate complex issues in clear and understandable terms
- Degree qualifications, (preferred)
- Diploma of Financial Planning (PS146 Compliance) as a minimum
