A prestigious Investment Bank are looking for credit analyst with strong financial markets transactional experience for their growing Risk Management function as the business begins to acquire alternative assets in emerging and established markets.
Duties include: - Participation within structured finance transactions, producing analysis and evaluation
- Analysis of documentation identifying all issues that would impact the transaction and due diligence
- Analysis of counterparties to produce market information, forecasting future changes and impacts
- Board papers
- Monitor trading limits and breaches
- Partner with the business and front office on future transactions
- Maintain new product procedures, guidelines and approval process
Requirements include: - Impeccable tertiary qualifications
- Professional qualifications such as ACA and CFA desirable
- Experience as a credit analyst role within a trading bank desirable
- Proficiency in the use of Excel.
- Ability to display a track record of achievement
- Ability to work in a high pressure environment
- Ability to relationship manage a number of parties including front office investment bank, marketers and board level participants
- Strong organizational skills
- Impeccable communications both written and verbal
- Ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously
